Booklet Introduction

This booklet is a collaborative effort between The Green Earth and the sustainable development consultancy Arup. It documents case studies from The Green Earth's volunteers who participated in the AFCD "Handcrafted Trails" Repairing Workshop, promoting sustainable trail practices.

The booklet highlights common issues found on existing trails and introduces ideal manual maintenance methods for hiking paths, offering valuable insights for interested individuals—especially those outside of country park management.
