This activity will guide participants to engage in a short grounding designed to foster a deeper connection with themselves and the natural environment. By encouraging a barefoot experience, we aim to promote mindfulness and awareness, allowing individuals to feel the earth beneath their feet and embrace a more holistic lifestyle.
